Giving feedback on a course

Many courses ask for your feedback, usually after the course ends. It helps us, and the instructor, make the next course better.

How you get the form

We email you a Give your feedback link. The link is personal to you and opens without signing in, so please do not forward it.

Once it has been sent to you, the form is also in My courses, on the course's card, under Feedback. It says whether you have filled it in yet.

Filling it in

Questions marked * need an answer; the others are up to you. Choose Send my feedback when you are done. If an answer is missing, the question is highlighted and nothing you wrote is lost.

Changing your answers

Open the form again, from the email or from your account, to read what you sent. Choose Change my answers, make your changes and choose Save changes. You can do this at any time.

Adding to it later

Thoughts sometimes come later. Under your answers, Add to your feedback takes a note of anything you would like to add. Each note is kept with its date beside your answers.

Everything you send, change or add is listed under History on the form, with the date.

Questions

I did not get the form. Not every course asks for feedback, and some send it only on a set date after the course. If you expected it, write to us at admin@orinyc.org and tell us which course you mean.

I cannot find the email. Look in your spam or promotions folder for "Your feedback on" in the subject, or open My courses.
